A Special Meeting of the Council of the Rural Municipality of Daly was held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Office at Rivers, Manitoba on Tuesday, December 21st, 2010.

1. CALL TO ORDER
Reeve Smith called the meeting to order at 10:00 am.
2. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
RESOLUTION NO. 10-241

Be It Resolved That the Agenda for the special meeting be adopted.

3. BY-LAW 2010-08 –AMENDING BORROWING BY-LAW

RESOLUTION NO. 10-242
Dyer - Fast
Be It Resolved That By-Law No. 2010-08, being a By-Law of the Rural Municipality of Daly to amend By-Law 2010-06, being a by-law to provide for the expenditure and borrowing of funds to provide financial assistance to the Town of Rivers for the construction of a new Recreation Complex, be read a first time.
