A Special Meeting of the Council of the Rural Municipality of Daly was held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Office at Rivers, Manitoba on Thursday, April 28th, 2011.

Members Present:
Reeve: Evan Smith;
Councillors: Dave Falkevitch; Ian Dyer; Rod Veitch; Sam Wurtz; Larry Fast;
CAO Lorne Green
Absent: Councillor Shane McLeod

1. CALL TO ORDER

Reeve Smith called the meeting to order at 7:50 pm.


2. ADOPTION OF AGENDA

RESOLUTION NO. 11-070
Veitch - Fast
Be It Resolved That the Agenda for the meeting be adopted.

3. BY-LAW 2011-01 – 2nd AND 3rd READING

RESOLUTION NO. 11-071
Dyer - Wurtz
Be It Resolved That By-Law No. 2010-03, being a By-Law to levy taxes for the year 2011 be read a second time.
CARRIED

RESOLUTION NO. 11-072
Veitch - Fast
Be It Resolved That By-Law No. 2010-03, being a By-Law to levy taxes for the year 2011 be read a third and that the votes be recorded.
FOR: 6 –Falkevitch, Wurtz, Dyer, Fast, Veitch, Smith:
AGAINST: 0
CARRIED


4. ADJOURNMENT
