Minutes: Public Hearing
September 13th, 2011

A Public Hearing was held by the Council of the Rural Municipality of Daly to present Special Service Plan 2011-02 – Garbage, to the public, on Tuesday, September 13th, 2011 at the Council Chambers of the R.M. of Daly at Rivers, Manitoba.

Members Present:
Reeve: Evan Smith
Councillors: Dave Falkevitch; Rod Veitch; Larry Fast; Ian Dyer; Shane McLeod:
Lorne Green, CAO;
Absent: Councillor Sam Wurtz;

No one was in attendance.

Reeve Evan Smith called the hearing to order at 9:30a.m.

CAO Lorne Green, presented proof of notice of the Public Hearing. Council was presented copies of the Plan.

The Reeve opened the meeting to recieve comments with regard to the plan.

Hearing no comments, the Reeve adjourned the hearing at 9:35 a.m.
